Triad Nurse Concierge PLLC

Triad Nurse Concierge, PLLC is a specialized professional nursing practice. We provide expert clinical oversight, medication reconciliation, and post-operative recovery support under the North Carolina Nursing Practice Act and the individual exemption of N.C.G.S. § 131E-136(2). Our services are strictly clinical and consultative in nature, focused on patient safety and physician-aligned recovery. We do not operate as a home care agency, nor do we provide custodial, non-medical companionship, or household maintenance services. All care is performed directly by a Bachelor-prepared Registered Nurse.
