“After years at the bedside, I built my own practice — and now I’m helping other nurses leave the bedside as well to be apart of a team that can truely make a difference in the lives of our patients.”
Nurses, Come Join our Team!
Rediscover Why You Became a Nurse.
Deliver unhurried, one-on-one clinical care right at the bedside in clients’ homes. Experience true clinical autonomy with a schedule designed around your life.
Nursing Without the Rush
In traditional settings, the pressure of heavy patient loads, endless administrative charting, and ticking clocks often pulls you away from real patient care.
In private concierge nursing, your focus stays where it belongs: on one patient at a time. You have the dedicated time to perform comprehensive assessments, educate families, navigate complex post-op or chronic conditions, and build meaningful relationships without looking at the clock.
Intentional 1-on-1 Care: No rushing room-to-room. Manage comprehensive post-surgical surveillance, chronic disease navigation, and medication oversight at the patient’s pace.
True Schedule Control: Choose the visits and cases that fit your lifestyle—whether you want a few PRN hours a month or regular weekly client visits.
Full Clinical Support: Earn premium hourly compensation as an employed team member, complete with direct payroll withholding, clinical support, and worker protections.
How We Support Our Nursing Team
PRN W2 Employment: Enjoy the legal protections, payroll tax handling, and direct clinical backing of being an employed Registered Nurse—while retaining total flexibility over the open shifts and client visits you pick up.
Direct Client Focus: Visits typically range from focused 1-hour clinical checks to extended recovery blocks, giving you the time needed for thorough, safe transition care without feeling rushed.
Full Clinical & Administrative Backing: You practice with clear clinical protocols, streamlined charting tools, and direct coordination so you never feel isolated in the field.
| ✓ This Role Is For You If... | ✕ This May NOT Be The Fit If... |
|---|---|
| You have strong acute/med-surg assessment skills and trust your independent clinical judgment. | You prefer hospital-based unit environments where care is divided across large shift teams. |
| You want to practice unhurried, one-on-one nursing free from arbitrary visit timers and checklists. | You are looking for a remote, purely administrative, or non-clinical phone role. |
| You communicate empathetically and confidently with clients, families, and surgical care teams. | You feel uncomfortable assessing and navigating care plans independently in a home environment. |
| You value the stability of PRN W2 employment while having full control over the client visits you accept. | You prefer fixed, mandatory shift rotations over picking up flexible client visits. |
